1 January 1920, was established the Organizing Commission of Lushnja Congress

On January 1^st, 1920, in Lushnja, was established the Organizing Commission of the Congress of Lushnja, who drew up the program of the Congress and distributed with it the call to elect and send in Congress delegates from each county.
