In Paris on February 10th, 1947, was signed the Treaty of Peace with Italy. This international document obliges Italy to recognize and respect the independence, sovereignty and integrity of the Albanian State, including Sazan Island. Also to renounce to all the rights, concessions, interests and benefits of every kind in Albania, acquired as a result of aggression of April 7th, 1939 in Albania. Bases on the agreements concluded before that date to pay the war reparations and to return the valuables objects stolen from Albania.
