In Selanik of Greece, on 20th September 1910, was born in a rich merchant’s family Aleko Turtulli. He finished the primary and high school in Korça. He graduated in France as a commercial engineer. There he followed some universities and specializations and then he came back in his country like a well-known economist in finance and trade. He worked for the businesses of his family, especially with construction materials. After the liberation, like all the other people with same social level, he was subjected to internment and persecution.
