The Constituent Assembly with deputies, who were remaining after the suppression of the June Revolution, was gathered in Tirana on January 21st, 1925. It declared Albania a Parliamentary Republic with President Ahmet Zogu, who had such power that transformed the Parliamentary Republic into a Presidential Republic.
