On 22 August 1924, Fan Noli, together with Luigj Gurakuqi and Bajram Curri, traveled to Geneva to attend the fifth session of the League of Nations Assembly, which commenced operations in September of that year. Albania had a problematic burden to spread and settle in the global organization.
