4 December 1922, Grant Smith launches the diplomatic activity as Minister Plenipotentiary of the United States in Albania

The extraordinary envoy and the Plenipotentiary Ministry of US Grant Smith, on December 4^th, 1922 presented the credential letters and began the regular diplomatic activity in Tirana.
