On September 28th 1942, after the Conference of Peza, the fascist invaders took a big operation for the elimination of Peza. Over more than 3000 enemy participated in this operation for the elimination of the first partisan unit in Albanian and Europe. The operation was supported by heavy artillery and aviation; it under took an unprecedented terror, but the insurgents failed.
