1 January 1913, arrived in London the delegation of the Provisional Government of Vlora

On January 1^st, 1913 arrived in London the delegation of the Provisional Government of Vlora composed of Mehmet Konica, Rasih Dino and Filip Noga. He handed to the Conference of Ambassadors a Memorandum with the Albanian requirements.
