In Tirana on April 1st,1981, was organized ceremony of submission of “the big gold Medal ” and “the Cross of Commander of the first class”, that Austrian government awarded to Professor Aleksandër Buda, for the remarkable contribution that he has given for the development of the scientific relations between Albania and Austria. This is the highest decoration, with which the President of Austria Republic evaluates the foreign personalities who have contributed in the fields of culture and science, as well as in the relations with the Austrian state.
