In the capital, was inaugurated on September 10, 1934, the Bacteriological Laboratory . The first laboratory was actually set up in 1924, under the direction of the French bacteriologist Daudy. In 1925, the laboratory moved to Durrës to return to Tirana in 1928. The first vaccination in our country became a teenager on February 17, 1926.
