11 December 1899, the society “Drita” of Bucharest requires to Sultan the autonomy of Albania

The members of the patriotic society “Drita” of Bucharest gathering, on December 11^th, formulated the memorandum addressed to Sultan Abdyl Hamiti, in which they demanded the autonomy of Albania. The text of the memorandum was published in “Kombiar Calendar “of 1899.
