The chronicle of that time has written for the rebellion of Kavaja, in November 1798. On November 11th of that year, Ibrahim Pasha turned to Kavaja, to capture the initiator and the leader of this rebellion, and his nephew Jashar Sivar Pasha. But he achieved his purpose, in the beginning of 1801, when he subjected the city.
