Ibrahim Biçaku
The Provisional Executive Committee led by Ibrahim Biçaku, on September 11, 1943, “re-launched Albania’s independence”, ending the agreement that sanctioned personal unification with Italy. At the same time, the Committee addressed a call to the Albanian people, calling the Nazi vacationers as “friends” and demanding the termination of the war against them.
