12 December 1912, George Matias greeted the victory of Ismail Qemali

George Matias, on behalf of the Albanians residing in Spalato, on December 12^th, 1912 greeted Ismail Qemali and “Albanian men” for the achieved victory in Vlora on November 28^th. After the Declaration of Independence, many telegrams and letters arrived in Vlora by Albanian colonies and other countries of our immigrants.
