12 March 1991 after 50 years was allowed by law the private property in Albania

For the first time after 50 years of centralized economy, with the Decree dated on March 12^th, 1991 was allowed and protected the private property and activity. This marks the first step of the destruction of the socialist economy that was built in our country for half a century.
