On October 12th, 1912, was born the antifascism warrior and well known economist Gjon Ujka in Shkodra. He was graduated in the institute of Trade in Leningrad. He has had higher positions in the field of intern trade in his birthplace and for the merits of war and work he has taken many grades and decorates.
