In Luzni of Dibra on August 13, 1920, fierce fighting between Albanian patriots and Yugoslav forces and other Belgrade mercenaries took place. Since early August, Yugoslav agents organized the assault of esadistic gangs, with whom the white Russians of General Tsarist Vrangel joined Bulqize, Strebble, Borovo and Zabzun, to come to Cermenika e Moker To open the road to Elbasan and Tirana. Along with them, they also fought on the Yugoslav army’s regular units, which bombed, burned and destroyed many Albanian villages until they were nailed to Luzni and later expelled from Albanian lands.
