13th October 1396 The Albanian friars were excluded from taxes

The senate of Venice, after examining the prayer of assemblies fret in Albanian lands, on October 13^th, 1396, exclude them from the taxes for “assets and wealth” as well as for the income from properties they had in Durres area.
