On October 14^th, 1920, born in Shkodra, Prof. Ramadan Sokoli, founder of Albanian ethno-musicology. He was graduated in music in Florence, Italy. After the liberation, he taught at the Lyceum “Jordan Misja” and at the Institute of Arts.
