16 September 1966, the Great Palace of Culture in Tirana was inaugurated

In Tirana, on 16^th September 1966, was inaugurated the  Great Palace of Culture, the biggest cultural center of the time.  In this palace were placed the Theatre of Opera and Ballet, National  Library and other environments for artistic and cultural activities.
