17 December, Albania establishes new relations with the three countries

December 17^th, is the date of establishment of diplomatic relations between our country and the Republic of Finland in 1956, between our country and the Republic of Panama in 1978 and between our country and the Independent State of Papua and the island of New Guinea, in 1991.
