In Shkodra, on May 17, 1910, was born Ibrahim Dibra, one of the first Albanian dentists. He graduated from the Vienna Dental High School. In 1934, he opened a dental clinic in Shkodra and became known for his skills and abilities. In 1946, he was arrested on charges of connection to the Postriba movement and released after two years, for lack of evidence. He gave lectures at the Medical Tech, preparing new generation of dentists. In 1958, he was appointed head of dental clinic no. 2 of the capital, where he retired in 1970. Ibrahim Dibra, established the basics of dental pediatrics in our country. For the help and new methods used by him, he is also mentioned in the university textbooks of dentistry.
