18 December 1931, was approved the regulation for progress of work of the Diplomatic Services

On December 18^th, 1931 was approved and decreed the “Regulation over the submission of accounts by the Royal Legation and Consulates”. It helped for the progress of work in the institutions of the Diplomatic Service and to avoid the abuses and corruption.
