The journalist from Kosovo Dedë Mirdita was born on April 18th, 1937. He followed the normal school in Pristine and since he was at school published the first articles. In 1967, he was appointed editor of the “Rilindja” newspaper in Pristine, co-operating at the same time with Radio Pristine. After graduation, he is appointed chief editor of the educational newspaper, “Shkëndija”. During the years 1984-1988, he was the correspondent of the newspaper “Rilindja” of Pristine, in Belgrade.
