On January 19th, 1918 the Society “Deshira” of our immigrants in Sofia, organized a concert where have sang the Albanian choir and the soloists, were recited verses and Albanian poetry. Viktor Prifti recited “Manushaqe” of Nairn Frasheri, Aleksandrina Petro ” Mëmë e varfur ” of Gjerasim Qiriazi, etc. The concert had a great importance because these were very rare events, because the Albanian woman was appeared on stage and because the concert was also attended by the Bulgarian public.
