2nd December 1937, diplomatic relations between Ahmet Zogu and Soviet Union

The extraordinary envoy and Plenipotentiary Minister of the Soviet Union, on October 2nd, 1937, presented the credentials to the king Zog I, establishing the regular diplomatic relations between two countries.
