The King of Italy, Emmanuel III, on May 2nd, 1937, decorated several high Albanian personalities. From the Royal Court, the “Great Cordon” was decorated Zogu’s chief commander, the General Zef Sereqi, and the General Secretary of the Ministry of the Royal Courtyard, Dhimitër Popa. In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this decoration was taken by Xhafer Villa.
