2nd October 1900, The Albanian Committee of Istanbul invited the Great Powers, to accept Albanians in the bosom of civilized countries

On October 2^nd, 1900, The Albanian Committee of Istanbul sent to Sultan and governments of Great Powers, a request that the Albanians everywhere they are, to be accepted in the bosom of the European civilized countries, because of their antiquity and for the importance of their geographic and historical position.
