20 December 1913, the government of Vlora establishes the gendarmerie; service rules and contract

On December 20^th, 1913 was declared the Interim Government Decree of Vlora, on formation of the Albanian Gendarmerie in southern provinces. The decree was published in the newspaper “Përlindja e Shqipërisë”, the official organ of the government, which contained the rules of service and the contract for the entry into the Albanian gendarmerie.
