On July 20, 1921, was officially opened Technical School of Tirana, or Harry Fulls’ school was officially opened. In the first year, there were 62 students from Shkodra, Korça, Elbasan, Berat, Vlora, Gjirokastra and Kosovo. The first teachers there were Hysen Hivziu and Ali Cungu.
