On March 20th, 1913, the Albanian nation was informed about the northern boundary line set at the Conference of Ambassadors on London and for the separation of the motherland. Until then the Kosovo Vilayet had 32,900 km, Shkodra 10,800 km, Monastery 28,500 km and Ioannina 17,900 km. So the four vilayets inhabited by the Albanian population, reached an area of 90 100 km.
