20 November 1379, Balsha II confirms the old privileges to Ragusian people

On November 20^th, 1379 in the ancient city of Retacit, Balsha II issued an order that confirmed all the old privileges to Ragusian people. The document was said that “in memory of the old friendship and the kindness between my brother and me, which we intend to strengthen it”.
