20 November 1912, the arrival of Ismail Qemali in Durres

On November 20^th, 1912, Ismail Qemali arrived in Durres. He and the people who accompanied him were received with honors by the citizens. In that way were made all the preparations for the meeting of the Assemble in Vlora, because the city had telegraphic connection with the world.
