21 December 1912, our expatriates in Romania congratulate the Declaration of Independence

On behalf of our expatriates in Romania, Pandeli Cale and Aleks Stavre Drenova, known as Asdreni, on December 21^st, 1912, congratulated Ismail Qemali and the first Albanian Government for the Declaration of Independence of Albania.
