In Boston of the United States of America At Fan Stilian Noli, on March 22nd, 1908, celebrated the first mass in the Albanian language. On that day, it was established the first Albanian church across the Atlantic, the church of St. George. These two events have a great importance not only for the history of the autocephalous Orthodox Church, but also for our national issue.
