On September 22nd, 1752, in Genoa, Italy, was born Valtere Durrazo a prominent Albanian-Italian personality from Durrës. In 1775, his name was listed in the “Golden Book of the Nobility”, an extraordinary honor for him and his family. Valtere Durrazzo, a long time has been minister in the Republic of Genoa.
