23 December 1919, the volunteers of Kelmendi in the fight to protect Shkodra, captured 243 captives

After the assembly gathered in Prekal, the northern highlanders developed fierce fighting to protect Shkodra by Serbian-Montenegrin attacks. On December 23^st ,1919, 400 volunteers from Kelmendi made a strict war with the Yugoslav detachment, causing 10 killed, 61 wounded and 243 captives.
