On May 24th, 1835, between the Shkodra insurgents and the Turkish invaders, took place another battle, which ended with the breakdown of regular units. Turkish soldiers could not pass the barriers and barricades that the insurgents had set up in the streets of Shkodra. In the developed fighting, Hamza Kazazi, Dasho Shkreli, Haxhi Idrizi, etc. were distinguished for their courage.
