In a statement issued on February 25th, 1998, that had the signature of Dr. Professor Pandeli Cines, the Forum of the Albanian intellectuals addressed to the President of the United States, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, President of the French Republic, the Italian prime minister and the UK, and President of the Russian Federation, expressing the concern about the situation of autochthonous Albanians in Kosovo and the terror of the Belgrade government against them.
