25th October 1919 the letter of Vlora’s nobles for the President Wilson

The nobles neighborhoods of Vlora and 40 villages around, on October 25^th , 1919, sent a letter to the President Wilson, chairman of the US delegation to the Paris Peace Conference expressing their determination to protect with guns their mother land.
