26 December 1919, a diplomatic letter addresed to the french prime minister Clemenceau

In the diplomatic letter of December 26^th, 1919,  addressed to the chairman of the Peace Conference, Georges  Clemenceau, the delegation of the Interim Government of Durres, was protesting against the resolving of the problem of the Adriatic using Albania.
