26 November 1898, the Albanians ask to Sultan the opening of Albanian language courses

The Assembly of Albanians on the issue of schools, gathered from all parts of Albania in Bucharest, on November 26^th, 1898 sent a letter to Sultan in Istanbul, asking the opening of Albanian language courses in all schools in Greek and Turkish language.
