26th September 1939, wars with ottomans stopped the conqueror efforts against the trade monopoly of Venice

On September 26^th, the powerful Albanian rulers Zaharija and Jonimaj tried to prevent the establishing of trade monopoly of wool and salt from the Republic of Venice. But the wars against Balshaj and ottoman made it impossible.
