On August 27, 1913, the Albanian newspaper ” Përlindja e Shqipërisë “, in the article “Tram in Vlora”, writes about the interim government’s efforts to give Albania a “new face”. For this she has written at the forefront of her “street and school” program. Below, the article writes that an Italian society has offered to construct a plot that will connect Vlora with Skela, where the new city will be built. But the development of internal and external events did not allow the government of Ismail Qemali to implement its programs.
