27 November 1912, Lushnja, Kavaja and Peqin raised the red and black flag

The Albanian patriots in Lushnja, Kavaja and Peqin on November 27^th, 1912, raised the red and black flag of Skanderbeg and declared their independence from the Ottoman occupation.
