On February 27th 1918, in Shkodra, was born Peter Dungu, instrumentalist, composer and prominent activist of our musical art. He was one of the first employees of Radio Tirana. In the years of fascist occupation he collected and published 50 volumes with Albanian folk songs from all the regions of Albania, including some Kosovan songs. He wrote many songs, two other operettas and other musical works of various genres.
