On April 28th, 1911, was established the Committee for the Direction of Armed Rebellion in South Albania: it set up the connections with patriotic organizations, inside and outside the country, collected financial sources and weapons and made known to the the Great Powers the character and national demands of the Albanian movement for liberation.
