In the hall of the Albanian church in Boston on April 28th, 1917, under the guidance of Fan Noli, was established the Pan-Albanian Federation “Vatra”. With this were joined by the patriotic societies of Albanian emigrants “Besa-Besa”, “Flamuri i Krujes”, “Kombetare” and “Dallendyshja” society. The meeting chose the temporary leaders, composed by Fan Noli as secretary, by the organizers of Federation brunches, Faik Konica and Kristo Floqi, supervisor of the newspaper “Dielli”, Paskal Aleksi and Elia Tromara and Kost Vasil.
