28th September 2003, ended up the rebuilding of “Qemal Baholli” library in Elbasan

On September 28^th 2003, finished the restructuring and expansion of the public library Qemal Baholli”  in Elbasan. For this library are invested over than 10 million Albanian lek, This library a donation of Baholli family, has a fund of 200 thousand books.
