29 December 2006, Elbasani honors the Academicians A. Buda and A. Popa

The academicians Aleks Buda and Agim Popa, on December 29^th, were declared “Honorary Citizen” of Elbasan. The outstanding work and their extensive activities, honors not only this city but all the country.
